Did you receive a yeahthe faulty item?

That's not what we want to see or hear about! Just like they say when you get on a plane, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, please get in touch with us as soon as you can at support@yeahthe.com. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please ensure a photo is taken of the damaged product and provide as much detail as possible.

How does the yeahthe return policy work?

Isn't returning something the worst! Having to get back to the post office to send something back. For our full return policy see below.

  • You have a faulty product? See above for faulty item information
  • For non faulty products, the item must be unworn and unwashed. This also includes making sure all labels are still attached and not damaged, and all items are returned in the original packaging.
  • Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • As you can imagine, all items will be subject to inspection before any action is taken. 

 

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.

All return shipping cost's will be at the buyers expense. 

When completing a return please, we require a receipt with proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your item is returned, it will be inspected and we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your item. The next step will be to notify you whether the item has been approved or rejected for refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, this can take some days to appear in the transaction history.

If it still hasn't appeared, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

yeahthe is not responsible for any charges made buy your country's customs agency. Before placing the order please make sure you understand how customs in your country works. Depending on the product, we will be shipping from US, UK, Australia or China.

Please make sure you've read and understand our Shipping Policy. By shopping at yeahthe you agree you've read the Shipping Policy. You cannot apply for a refund if your product is on the way. Some times delivery times may exceed our initial estimation due to customs, delayed logistics, high demand and/or proximity to special days.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us so we can track it for you. If we receive notice from our courier that the product is lost or is being sent back to us, we will send a new item or refund the amount.

If the product couldn't be delivered due to an incomplete or wrong address, a refund will not be available. To ensure this doesn't happen, please confirm the correct address when placing your order.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@yeahthe.com. We don't do exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please confirm sizing from the sizing charts with each product.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will need to email us at, support@yeaththe.com. Once we receive your email we will reply with instructions on what to do next. This will all be subject to our above refund policy. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
